What is a creator contact unlock?
Unlocking a creator shows their phone number, email and full profile, and lets you message them. Each unlock uses one credit from your plan.
What happens to unlocked creators when my plan ends?
They stay unlocked. You keep access to every profile you paid to see, even after the plan expires.
Do creators pay anything?
No. The creator app is free. HireCreators is paid for by brands through these plans.
Can I get a GST invoice?
Yes. A GST invoice is generated for every purchase and renewal, and you can download it from Billing.
Can plans renew automatically?
Yes, with UPI Autopay or a card mandate. You can switch auto-renewal off at any time before the renewal date.
What if I run out of credits mid-plan?
Upgrade to a larger plan at any time, or ask our team for a credit top-up.
